Rules of Play
Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed whilst in the playcentre.
Parents/Guardians must remain responsible for their children at all times.
Children who are unwell must not use the facilities.
Children taller than the height limit of 148cm (4ft10”) must not use the play frames.
Only 16 years and over may supervise younger children in the play equipment.
Anyone using the play equipment must remove their shoes and keep socks on at all times.
No food, drinks or toys may be taken in the play area.
No items should be removed from the Role Play rooms.
No sharp items, e.g. buckles, may be worn when in the play area.
Only children under 3 may enter the Toddler Area.
Only babies up to 18 months may use the Baby pen.
Children must not climb up slides.
Rude or violent behaviour towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the premises.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building, including the use of electronic cigarettes.
We cannot accept any responsibility for personal items or for cars parked within the car park.
The car park is free to use for up to 2 hours. If you require an additional hour, please log your registration on the tablet on arrival. The maximum stay is 3 hours. Banana Ben’s accepts no responsibility for parking fines.
Banana Ben’s reserves the right to refuse entry.
Fire Safety
In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to escort their child/children from the building. Our fire assembly point is outside Dunelm.
Fire exits are found in the following locations:
- Main Entrance
- Next to the Baby Area
- Next to the Toilets
